Chapter 6: The Trap of Lefcandy New characters: Banetou: A Mamkute. He can use the red stone you found in Chapter 4. His growths are total crap, so try to not use this old man a lot. To recruit him, visit the village.
Chapter's Strategy: As you can see, there is a Wyvern Rider and 3 Pegasus Knights with portraits. Don't worry about them, they'll be leaving after the start of their second turn and you will recruit them later. But there is another Wyvern Rider and 2 Pegasus Knights that won't retreat. First, buy any weapons you need in the armory. Lure the generic Wyvern Rider with a strong unit and finish him with magic or arrows. Once the Wyvern Rider is dead, the Pegasus Knights shouldn't be a problem. Kill the nearby thief, too. Your next objective is to send Marth, Julian and other 2 or 3 units to kill the 2 archers, the 2 mercenaries and visit the village. The rest of your army should go south. Lure the Armor Knights with someone equipped with the Armorslayer, block to northern and southern fort and have someone stand besides the fort in the left, so an enemy can come out but will only attack the character besides him Try to defeat the enemies as fast as possible and block the forts, or you will be outnumbered in no time. Once you have an unit stay in each fort and kill any remaining enemy, kill the boss with magic or an Armorslayer. Then, seize the throne. Chapter 7: Port Town Warren New characters: Caezar: His stats aren't great. I don't recommend him. Raddy: He comes at level 1 but has great stat growhts. Use him if you haven't trained Oguma or Navarre. Chapter's Strategy: Move one of your high movement units to the armory and shop to buy all you may need, have Sheeda attack the axe fighter. Don't worry about her being damaged, she won't be attacked during the enemy's turn. The axe fighter will drop a silver axe that you can sell for a good price or give it to one of your axe fighters. Two of your units with high defense should move to the spaces marked in the image below, one of them should have the Knight Killer. This is one of the few ocassions in which Banetou is useful. Move Sheeda to the north. Have Sheeda stand near one of the archers, but make sure she can't be hit. This will help you to slow down some units so your main group won't have to face too many units at once. Keep luring with Sheeda and take care of all the enemies as fast as possible. Once all the enemies are gone, advance to the castle; reinforcements will be coming from the forts, so have some characters stand in the spaces shown in the picture below, while Marth and someone with the Armorslayer or Maric kill the boss. Chapter 8: Princess Minerva New characters: Maria: A cleric. Recruit her with Marth. Minerva: A prepromoted Wyvern Rider. She starts as an enemy but she won't attack you. Recruit her with Marth after recruiting Maria Chapter's Strategy: Warp a high defense character to the area shown in the image below. Attack the thief. The rest of your team should go south Leave some of your characters near your starting position to fight the Wyvern Riders and the Pegasus Knights, preferably, use Bowmen, Banetou and Maric. Don't forget to not kill Minerva The rest of your army should go inside the building, while one or two of your characters take care of the Social Knights, while Marth and Julian open the two chests to get a Liblro Staff and a Thunder Sword (give it to Marth). Once the Wyvern Riders and Pegasus Knights are dead rejoin your army. Inside the building lure the archers and snipers. Keep advancing. Open the remaining chest to get a Dragonslayer and recruit Maria. Now you have to face a Hero with an Armorslayer. Use someone fast and strong to lure him. In your turn, attack with Maric's excalibur. Don't forget to recruit Minerva. Once the Hero is dead, the boss and any remaining enemies will be easy. Have someone block the entrance to the building, there will be reinforcements. Chapter 9: Slave market of Norda New characters: Linda: a Mage. To recruit her, visit the bottom village. She is the only one who can use Aura; the most powerful spell in the game. Very recommendable. George: a Sniper. To recruit him, visit the top village. Chapter's Strategy: There will be 3 Pegasus Knights coming towards you, which shouldn't be much of a problem. There will be 3 Social Knights, a horseman and a thief coming from the north. Kill them with your stronger units. Visit the villages before the thief destroys them. Be careful with the mercenaries. Head north. The red dragon is a dangerous enemy. Use the dragonslayer sword, ice magic and Linda's Aura spell. Be careful with the sniper, too. In order to lure the dragon without lurong the Sniper, have someone stand in the space shown in the picture below. Now just hurry and kill the ballista standing at the castle gate and warp Marth. If you take too long, reinforcements will come out from the forts. Chapter 10: Akaneia Palace New characters: Medea: a prepromoted Paladin. Her starting stats are mediocre and her growths are decent. Not a recommendable character. Tom: an Armor Knight. He is a good replacement for Doga. Michelan: Another Armor Knight. He is inferior to Doga and Tom. Thomas: An archer who comes underlevelled but has some potential. Boa: A pre-promoted character. He is pathetic. Don't use him. Chapter's strategy: As you can see, Medea's group is in trouble. So, this is what you have to do: - Move Tom one space at the right of Thomas
- Move Boa to the space above Medea's starting position
- Move Michelan one space to the right
- Move Medea to Michelan's starting position
Medea's group should look like this: This way, Medea's group will receive the less possible damage, but they can't last forever, so your main group should rush in order to save them. Advance as qickly as possible, kill the 2 armor knights and then warp Maric or Linda to the space next to the treasure's room door. I said Maric or Linda since they are probably the characters with the better resistance in your party, making easier to deal with the mages. Also, I told you to block the entrance so the thieves can't steal the treasure. However, don't grab the treasure yet, that enemy general can be dangerous, just leave your thief near the room. Once Medea's group is saved you should go south. A red mamkute is waiting there, lure him with Maric and an ice tome and finish him with the Dragonslayer. Keep advancing towards the throne. Keep advancing while killing the monks and the sniper, be very careful with the sniper, as he is powerful, but Maric's Excalibur can be very effective. Just remember to arrack him at short range. The boss can fall easily against a killer sword. Don't seize the throne yet. Now it's time to deal with the General. Put Maric or Linda in the space shown in the image below to kill the general. Grab the treasure. Use a high defense character to deal with the soldiers on the bottom left part of the map and open the chest. Now you can seize the throne. Nina will give you the Partia, the most powerful bow in the game.
