Alright, we're constantly receiving a lot of new content that's definitely expanding the site. I can now confidently say that our sections for FEs 1-9 are probably some of the best on the internet. I'd like to take a moment to thank all our contributors, so everyone put your hands together for the following people who have worked tirelessly to boost our growing collection of material: theshim, Fox, Fimbulvetr (who I must apologize to for constantly getting him mixed up with someone else -_-;;), VincentASM, Popo, SwordsAreShiney, Takanari Togo, Sword Saint, and Janus Cascade. These guys have been a great help! I don't think I've forgotten anyone, but we're a bit hectic and communication is sometimes slow, so if you contributed but don't see your name up here, please tell me. I am human and I do err, so I apologize if your name got skipped over. Now that our information for the first nine FE games are starting to mature into full-fledged sections, I must ask that you donate to the currently rather empty FE10 and FEDS sections. Despite our impressive FEDS write up of "Staying up to date on the latest info!", we really can't do any of that unless you want to be generous enough to provide us the latest info. These two are the most current games and they really pale in comparison to our other excellent game databases, which is indeed unfortunate. Anyone who would like to help fix this, please send an email to

. If we can get these sections up, I think this site might truly begin to shine. With that out of the way, I'd like to take a moment to talk about what the very near future holds for this site. We're still working on bringing you guys quality Fire Emblem content, and we've got three things we'll be bringing in soon. First, the template. We've received some complaints about our rather basic template, and we're fixing that. Crystal Shards has done some great work and has gotten the template to mirror the default forum colors. So before long you'll get to check out our collection without hurting your eyes! Hurrah! Secondly, we're working on getting up the manuals for the Fire Emblem games. These are still being worked on because they're not incredibly easy to add, but the ones we do have should be up shortly. They're pretty cool to check out, especially if you've never had a copy of some of the older Japanese-only games. We should hope these are useful and help you destroy that particularly annoying band of bandits that inevitably haunt the beginning stages of a game. Thirdly, and finally, we've got a "Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Projekt" going on. I could explain it here, but all you need to know is in this thread down at the forums. Check it out and if you want to help Mad_Fredin achieve this, I'm sure he would appreciate it. Anyway, that's all for now. The website team is still working on bringing FESS back to the forefront of the Fire Emblem community, and we do appreciate you helping us achieve our goal. -- JudasĀ |
